I like the Pier. Like the last reviewer, I too am planning to renew my lease. I was nervous that they would hike up my rent since my lease has ended and I got really good specials when I first moved in, but the increase was not anything to be weary of... It was actually pretty low - great for me!

When I moved in last year, there was an issue with the cable wiring, but it's since been fixed. I think that there were some small issues for the first residence (because they didn't know any of the problems until someone found them), but now that it's about a year old, all that stuff is fixed.

Before I renewed my lease, I checked out a few other places in the area. The pricing is actually very competitive and the apartments are nicer.
