I have been living at the pier for almost a year now and absolutely love it. Not only is it located on the waterfront giving us amazing views but it is conveniently located to the exchange place path (a 3 minute walk), the harborside ferry (right next door), and the light rail (at the end of our street). In addition to being so close to mass transportation, eliminating your need for a car you are in walking distance to the grocery store, mall, and several restaurants in the area.

You can't beat the people that live there either. Very nice, eager to socialize and an interesting bunch.

It's so suprising hearing the disgruntled emails from other tenants. To my knowledge, everyone I've talked to is happy.

I most definitley am going to renew my lease. This is a fantastic place to live and I highly recommend it!
