Lousy Building

I moved into the building in mid 2004 thinking I was moving into LUXURY. Yeah Right!!!!
First of all the move in situation is horrible you land up paying twice the cost because of the limited time you have to move in.
The management staff doesn't know how to add and for all the money that we shell out in rent why should we have to pay extra for the conference and private use of club room.
Not that I don;t mind but 400.00 an hour is ridiculous. The management also tries to sell you a dream of the perfect building. I think on their resume it must state pathological liar.
The computer room is pityfull.
The trash rooms can be cleaner.
Parking costs too much. The spaces are tight. There should be assigned parking. The towing of cars is insane. Sometimes you forget to put your tag, you come out and your car has been towed instead of checking with the building to see if that car is registered.
The bathroom is of highly cheap quality. Home Depot Specials.
Overall I feel that the owner of the building is making us pay alot for the tiny bit of luxury we receive.
The walls in the apartments also are shabby. One minor scratch and they start to fall apart.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WANT A VIEW OF THE CITY' BUY A POSTER YOU'LL BE HAPPIER IN THE LONG RUN
