Worst apartment I have ever lived in.

4 months of construction on the building that started at 7am(!). This was on the apartment building by their own contractors and the management refused to do anything.

The elevators are always broken. Staff lies about the state of the computer room when you are looking to rent--there is only one computer for 300 apartments.

Fire alarms go off for hours when there is no fire. Management is rude and dismisses complaints. The complaints are often met with statements like "maybe this isn't the right apartment for you". (But at 2500-4000 a month, you'd expect a little better service). The garbage overflows from garbagerooms. The garbage chutes are always blocked.

Outside doors are almost always open and unlocked, even at night (and this is Jersey City).

The garage is cramped and the spaces are too small for most cars.

The walls are paper thin. Noise is constantly a problem.

TAX RIDERS to the lease fraudulently claim there is a common laundry room and children's clubroom. I can only guess they are ripping off the New Jersey tax authorities. This makes sense as they clearly ripped off me.
