Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The PATH is close and the ferry even closer, but that's all that's good about this place. The water is either burning hot or takes an hour to warm up. The parking spaces are made for matchbox cars, the concierge service is mediocre, and the central air vents blow mold into the air. It's not worth the inflated rent.
