When looking for an apartment last year, my fiancee and I considered the Pier. We came in to take a look, the location was great, the units were beautiful, but we felt they were overpriced rentals. So we ended up renting elsewhere.

We purchased a unit at the Grandview Condo on Grand and Greene Street. The closing is scheduled for sometime in June, but since I relocated with my job, we will be selling the unit. If you are looking to move and are interested in purchasing it, please contact us @ sayholdings@hotmail.com
