The rental office staff is very bad. They are sweet only until the moment you sign the lease! They have been increasing the rent extremely high and are always rude & never accommodative. They are extremely dishonest and when you live here you can see it almost every single day! The apartment on the other hand is nice & has a wonderful view of Manhattan. Thats the only reason why people are drawn towards it. The management & staff should make an effort to be nice to residents who pay a very high price every month. After all customer service is the only thing that can make one stick to a rental apartment. They should not be increasing their rents so high as they are loosing out on many decent tenants.
