The units are where the "luxury" ends. Given the high prices the service should also be of "luxury" quality but it is not. The management office is not responsive to requests. One of the four elevators is out of service on a regular basis. Many of the doors that are supposed to be locked for security purposes are generally unlocked. The parking spots are much too small for even compact cars. The doormen are often not present at the front desk. I do not recommend this building.
