The view is great at the Pier and it is a quiet neighbourhood. However, the common area is getting run down. The carpet is very dirty on the first floor and there is a major garbage issue, esp. in summer time. The garbage tank is simply not big enough to hold all the garbage. Fortunately, there is a maintenance guy that change the bins but it is still not enough.
The security staff is very nice but the place is too big for one person to monitor. The front door is not locked. Hence, anybody can act nice in front of the security man and walk straight to the elevator.
The parking space is very small on one side and only fits a small car.
The gym is pretty good.
