See the title, well let me tell you, we were taken in because yes location is fantastic (close to path and ferry) and views are great. But , let me tell you, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Elevators Constantly Broken and never fixed for more than a week.

Noise is awful, construction terrible, you always hear neighbors and hallway sounds prevalent.

Fire Alarms going off in Middle of Night 2 weeks ago and during the day week before that, hope this doesn't continue.

Hallways are dirty, doors are broken, if you check out place, try door from parking garage into apt, also look at hole in main elevator (silly things, but shows you about maintenance and quality of this place relative to the money you pay for "premium).

Lost all hot water the other night so couldn't shower.

Parking stinks, spots are so tiny and many residents park intentionally poor (over 2 spots, cockeyed etc), can't say we blame them cause spots are so tiny they probably already had car scratched up 100x or just can't get into car if parked appropriately in lines.

Business center, not that we care, but figured we'd throw it in here never works, computers down, no printer, no fax etc, so if you care about this, forget about it.

Way overpriced relative to what you can get elsewhere, note that we sucked it up for location and view, and wish we hadn't.

Speaking to other residents, we heard same things from many, one says problem with noise via vents (thankfully we don't have that one), we have noisy heating system when on and rattling in vents.
