I have lived here since the beginning. Ys my rent has gone up considerably, but after looking into my options, this is still the best place and I don't have to go through the moving process. Great view, and location.

I don't know what people are saying about my heat being loud, I used to live in a place that it had one of those old wall units, that sounded like a 747 getting ready to land every time it turned on. This is quiet.

I don't have car so can't speak for parking, but the staff, has always been o.k.. They are management and have to abide by the lease. I guess for those who lived at a mom and pop place you could get away with a lot more.

Over all I have loved it and just signed a new lease last month.
