Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
You need more than the friendly staff to make spending thousands of bucks each month worth while. Our apartment (on the 24th floor) was draughty, cold, and it did not matter how many heaters you had on - it was a cold winter!! The AC/Heaters allowed rain water to soak the internal walls - and after weeks of waiting for repairs to be made - we gave up and broke our lease! This complex is NOT value for money! On the good note - washer/dryers come with every apartment!
