Stay away from this place living here was a nightmare. Management is horrible these people don't care about their tenants. My car was stolen out of the garage along with 3 other automobiles that where taken on the same night. There is no security whatsoever, upon moving out I was charged $1,000 for damage while the apartment was spotless. Do yourself a favor and look at other buildings in Newport or Avalon.
