For only a few hundred thousand you can own your very own 1 bedroom apartment near the water in the ghetto! Life doesn't get much better than that!!

what's your definiton of a ghetto? You're surrounded by luxury apartments, corporate offices, and convenience like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a historic unused powerplant that will most likely be converted to commercial/retail space.
