I stayed at Portofino for one month.
The good:
-2 minute walk to light rail station, 5 minute walk to PATH, have done the walk alone at all hours and felt safe
-The concierge are AMAZING -- always get up to open the door for you, always say hello, address you by name, make you feel very welcome
The bad:
-The building is now going condo and the current tenants are suing -- the constant notes under the door to get involved in the lawsuit are annoying
-I don't know if it was just my neighbour or really thin walls, but I could ALWAYS hear their television
