We have lived here since around 2004 when they converted to condo and we love it here so much that we're not planning on leaving anytime soon. Perfect view from the northside of building (completely unobstructed view of NYC) and an absolutely gorgeous newly renovated pool area with park style rooftop and BBQ grills. Newly renovated gym and common room area as well (where we had our guest breakfast after our wedding) and in my experience the employees and management have been exceptional. Sam, Mario, and Kingsley are always more than willing to assist with any request and always greet you with a smile. Our neighbors around us are not looking to leave anytime soon as well. The building management has also been very coorperative with regards to person renovations within your condo unit. When we return from a day's work or a vacation it definitely feels like home. If the annual summer BBQ on the pool deck this year was any indication, there are a lot of friendly and happy tenants.
