The apartments are a bit pricy for the area. I suppose in 10 years it will be a very nice area but right now its still a dump.

The Utility bills are reasonable especially durning winter time. The building is usually very hot and I don't remember the last time I turned the heat on.

The people at the door are very nice and try to help you anyway they can.

Watch out of the office staff. They are truly worthless and will lie to you any chance they get. I got burned pretty bad by these guys when I was moving out.
