Great place! But some remarks.......

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Lived at 303 W, a great apartment, great standard with a beautiful view over Lower Manhattan, just loved it!
Easy going o Manhattan by boat, Little Lady just outside the building and easy to drive to my work in Newark.
A)Managment staff suck, they dont have any clue how to behave as professionals, you could put some monkeys there and they would do a better job than the regular staff....but what the heck.....hire some new people for gods sake!
B)Fire alarms, NO ONE in the staff or the concierges now what to do, I was home 9-11 and i was scared to death everytime the alarm sounded after that....
C) I never had any problem with noise from the Sand Bar ( my apt was facing Manhattan)
D)Concierge staff was always wonderful and helpful.
Summary, GREAT PLACE with a strange managment staff.
