I have lived in two apartments here. The tenants are great, good mix of people. The rest is not. The first apartment was fine and management was decent and helpful. That all changed three years ago. I moved into a new apartment in the other building. I can hear everything from my neighbors. The music, the tv, a modem, a sneeze, every conversation. Why' Because the walls are not reinforced; they also are all cracking because the building is settling, so it all looks ugly. Management is horrendous. They have no concept of customer service and are never, ever helpful. Management constantly fails to inform tenants of works being done and allows workers to roam freely while no one is there. They are CONSTANTLY fixing things at inappropriate times, such as balconies in the summer or hallway carpeting in the winter, to the point where you can barely use the in the summer despite the high rent you pay for the views. All of this occurs around holidays where people have company over. There is no logic or thought taking place in the management office.
