I like it - I Have a great view looking south and west. Can hear the sand bar at times, but I think its nice background noise and it never keeps me up at night. Hear some revving of motor boats at times, but hey, you can't complain about yachts running back and forth outside your window all day.

Management staff gets knocked, but I don't deal with them too much. All that's really important is the guys at the welcome desks are all top notch, great concierges.

Good location too, nicese neighborhood in JC. Only people I see complaining are those dealing with the management office, but if you don't need anything special from them, this building is fine. Repairs done quickly too.
