Great Place minus the management

Pros-
1. Good place to live in.
2. Had a great balcony view over the Hudson
3. No noise/other irritants
4. Nice Neighbourhood

Cons
1. Cheezy Management folks.
Be prepared to take almost a 20% rent hike if you are planning to stay over 1 year.
