Convenient to comute to Manhattan with relaxing atmosphere. Manhattan-like price in Jersey City. Have to stand crazy-noisy people at bar places in boat area at night. Water pressure is very low, and water flow is very slow. Very nice lobby and cleaning people. Maintenance staff are too busy for their works... too many places to repair' The biggest issue is mgmt office people. Most people were changed last year and got a lot WORSE! They work only as sales staff/leasing reps, not as property management people. Problems never solved, just got useless excuses only.

This is an attractive property, but I can't recommend.
