If i didnt get so much relaxation from sitting on the balcony i would be out of here. too many poorly behaved small children. the sand bar night club next door is loud.the wall between apartments are paper thin. they baited us with a reasonable rent 2 years ago, they just issued us a $600 increase if we want to renew. with all the new construction in the area. Im hoping for a price war. the garage is a death trap. Im thinking it might be time to go. oh yeah, parking is up 200 too.
