In general, it's a very good location with great view here. And usually, you can get a fair market rent for your unit the first year. However, the second year, they will increase the rent dramitically without place to negotiate.....
Door men are very friendly, the gym is acceptable. There's a neighbor's night club which is extremely noizy from 11:00pm to 2:30am from Friday night to Sunday morning during the summer. For some reason, the night club get away with making loud noise here in the neighbor. A major minus living here during beautiful summer time.
