Portside is the Worst!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We lived there for 1 lousy year. Every time it rained outside it also rained inside the apartment. We ended up having an indoor pool every time it rained. It was ridiculous, and imagine that we were paying 5,000 per month for a pig stile like that.

Avoid like the plague any apartment with a terrace or an apartment that is under one that has a terrace. The management cannot help and its role is merely decorative. Keep in mind that the manager herself is an idiot who pretends to be smart. Sad but true.
