Outside Noise

Look elsewhere if you want to sleep past 8:00AM. They run a daycare and recreation program for preschoolers and the noise from the kids and the instructor is unbearable, the instructor does nothing but yell all the time. Evidently managment is more interested in making a few bucks from renting outside public space than in pleasing existing tenants.
