Apartment is Great but a Nasty Manager

I had a problem since the first day i moved here with the manager of the building. He was a nasty bald man who insulted us on the day we were moving in. I truly felt like cancelling the whole thing at that time..
The apartment is great, along w/ the staff... it can get noisy on wekkend nights from the parties outside the dock area.
I wouldn't recommend this building to a pet owner cuz you have to pay $1000 non-refundable fee plus monthly pet rent!!
The view is ok.. i get a side glimpse of the statue of liberty...
The price came down for the apartment, but I'm pretty sure that the price for parking lot increased..so in the end, it evened out.
