The St. John's Complex is comprised of three high rise buildings totaling 829 apartments.
These apartments were converted to condominiums several years ago, marking the most successful condo-conversion in New Jersey's history.
Many people who live here are owners, but there are also many people who rent apartments.
The St. Johns population is very diverse with many professionals who work in New York City living here because of it's close proximity to the Path Train. The Path is just a few blocks away and is only 12 minutes to downtown Manhattan.
Jersey City is the second largest city in New Jersey and has a rich history and over the last decade has experienced a wonderful cultural rennaisance.
The St. Johns Buildings are well-maintained and managed. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and their unique Japanese style Garden with rocks and waterfalls makes an impressive first impression. Also, there secluded meditation garden with diverse plant-life and fish-filled pond offers a tranquil space for the St. John's resident. Parking is available.
Each of the three buildings have a 24-hour uniformed doorman.
The apartments are well-appointed featuring ceramic-tiles bathrooms and luxurious kitchen cabinets. Many apartments have terraces and wonderful views of Manhattan. The apartments are very spacious, some almost 1,300 square feet.
If your considering living in North Jersey or you work in New York City but prefer to live in New Jersey, I recommend you come visit St. Johns and see how wonderful it really is.

One must pause to vomit at this ill conceived marketing review. Consider reality next time.
