Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
The studio I was shown had a kitchen from cave man days. A $300 deposit is required to move in using the elevators (a rip off!) The grounds look nice. As for the comment about "too many old people" here from a previous reviewer, try yuppy heaven at Newport or Hoboken where you can sit in the hall all night thinking you are cool because Mom isn't telling you to study!
