I am about to purchase a one bedroom at 10 Huron for 235K. It's the top floor (17th) but does not have a NYC view. I am planning to buy to eventually rent out. Can any one give me some good/bad points about this building/renting it out/price' Thanks!

Please dont buy apartment in st pauls or 10 huron avenue. Its an old complex. Difficult to buy or sell. we are currently renting an apmnt there. horrible exprience...Not friendly neightbours.... Poor managemnt...if you are lucky...you can find mice also. Complains not addressed properly. horrible area. Check for newport apartments.

He and his company were removed from the building about 5 years ago, the money reserve was left near empty, a lot of patch up work, instead of repairs. Made it impossible for the next two management companies to function, left the the building in economic disaster. And now he's back, because no other management company can fix his mess. Great place for a flip, long term, not a great idea.
