I have lived here for 20 years and find it to be a comfortable place to live. It has a doorman, pool, healthclub and parking. It is three blocks from the PATH so it takes me 20 minutes to get to work downtown NYC.
Honestly, I have never seen a mouse I have seen a roach or two in twenty years but nothing to talk about.
I have recommended this building to several of my friends and they are also happy living here.

I think you had become part of the problem now..... we too stay in the same complex and find lots of roches and rats in living room.... worst part is doormans behave based on the ethenic group..... they greet and smile... run to serve some people.....
