I moved in nov 2008 in a large studio in 201.
Considering the facilities and current market, the rent is reasonable, inclusive of heat and hot water and gas. They provided a microwave, fridge and dish washer.
The building has 24 hour doorman and security. Visitors have to sign in 80% of the time.
Laundry room has ample washer and dryer. Also a gym is there and swimming pool.
The is a man to receive parcels all the time, and you can pick up from him later on.
Overall nice and good atomosphere.
Extra advantage: can see NY skyline from my apartment, and its beautiful in the day as well as in the night.
