This really must be the best condo building in Hudson County, let alone Jersey City. The build quality and finish are the best I've seen in the States - really impressive considering this is a condo and not a private house.
I lived here 2 yrs and have no major gripes! - Would be nice to have BBQ's in the common area and more refined landscaping, but those are only minor issues.
It's incredible that it has taken NJ/NYC soo long to realize the potential of waterside living in the Harbor area!
