Winters the worst time!!

Pros:
Close to ferry and path
Friendly doormen
Good square footage and beautiful views
Excellent Health club across the street.
Paid parking within complex
Cons:
Electric heaters...bills go way too high in winters. These heaters don't even work half the time.
Management hasn't done much about it inspite all the compaints.
Parking grage is cramped, my car was hit twice by anonymous drivers parking in these grages.
