Except the heating bills that skyrocket in winter, this apt complex is flourishing and getting better by the day. But the problem is the management staff just sucks. They will NOT return your calls or even talk nicely to you. Feel like telling them that it is my rent which is paying them to come to work everyday! The entire office has this bad attitude, from the rude receptionist to the senior staff. Once you rent, just hope you never have to deal with them! The doormen are nice.
