The best thing about the apartment is its closeness to the PATH station and NYC.

If you live here, try not to have to deal with the management office. They make you feel like you're serving them. As someone else said, they never return a call, in spite you leave the message begging for a return however many times. There's no respect for the tenants or whatsoever. You have to be extremely patient and be ready to waste a day or two before you can get your question answered.

Most of the doormen and maintainance staff are nice and doing their job well.

Walls are paper-thin. You hear well the phone ring and someone leaving a message in the next door. If your neighbor loved loud music, you'd have to love it too.

Your review is hilarious, especially the part about hearing messages next door and having to love loud music too. It's sad that apartment walls are so thin. I can only laugh instead of cry.
