I came from living in a crappy and small apartment in NYC so this place was a mansion when i moved in...
The doormen can't be any nicer and they are extremely helpful. They will open the door for you sometimes too. They treat you really well.
Very close to transporation so that's a major plus. There are so many places just a walk away such as Target, Staples, a mall, cleaners, drugstore, deli, strabucks, restaurants, supermarket etc. It's really great to have that convienience.
Management is ok, if you ask for something to be fixed, they will do so at a good speed but they aren't very friendly.
One of my pet peeves are BUGS... roaches and there are plenty of it if you don't care. We have an exterminator come in every week but will see them pop up here and there once in a while. If there were no bugs, i would give this place a 10 ...
