Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Been here three years and it's just going from good to bad to worse! The management office is HORRIBLE! Good luck dealing with them on anything, whether it's a lock you need fixed or a leak under the sink. They will do everything possible to delay and annoy you. Enjoy the nice views, but don't lock yourself out; it'll cost you $100 AND 30 minutes to get let back it. And now the cockroaches and bed bugs are starting to infest ever apartment! The exterminator is there every couple of weeks!
The 12% rent increase every year is going to force me to move sometime.
But at least the neighborhood looks nice!
