The complex has four buildings- Riverside, Atlantic, East Hampton and Southampton. The location is great if you work in NYC and need access to the PATH.
However, the management office that is located on the premises (including the rental office) hires the rudest, most incompetant people they can find. The manager of the complex is supposedly an attorney called Fermin Garcia, who tells anyone with the slightest compaint that if they don't like it, they should leave. So, customer satisfaction seems to be very very low on their agenda.
I've lived here for 2 years. There is no insulation in the walls, and our electric bills go upto $250 for a one bedroom apartment in the winter months. The windows have never been washed from the outside (which makes the view that they charge this super premium for rather hazy!). Parking is a hassle with frequent break ins in the garage, despite paying NYC rates for security. Laundry machines take $1.50 for a wash and $1.50 for the dryer. No change machines are provided (after all, why make the resident's life easy, eh')
All in all, come live here if you need access to NYC. Thats all this place has to offer.
