Presidential Plaza at Newport 21% Recommended Apr 17 2008: They take Section 8 but they will charge you a high rent plus the cost of heat. Even the much heralded views don't amount to anything when they build a high rise in front of you. The buildings are just ugly The Gotham 50% Recommended Dec 10 2007: Please Stay Away. Lots of moveout charges. Bed Bugs -definitely not worth living there. -It had bed bugs and for the last 2 months it was horrible. The building management doesn't listen later asked us to pay for the extermination. But after The Gotham 50% Recommended Nov 19 2007: It's clean and fairly convenient to area businesses, and the rent is low compared to other bldgs in the area, but that's b/c it's not great bldg and has a lot less amenities than the other, newer bldgs. Relatively speaking, The Gotham 50% Recommended Sep 12 2007: This building has bed bugs and the building staff never listen to the complaints. when we moved out they slammed 5K for the floor replacement. Take pictures while you move out, they don't have checkout review list while people move out Southampton at Newport 58% Recommended May 14 2007: Been here three years and it's just going from good to bad to worse!
