I've been living here for 3 years and I hoped everyday that customer service at the leasing office and maintenance would improve. When Alexan switched to Windsor - I thought there was a glimmer of hope. I was fooled by the glossy pamphlets and improved newsletters. It seems that they have replaced the older more experience folks with young out of college kids. First of all - I am not even over 30 and I find them young. The older more experienced crowd was just better at swindling you. The young out of college kids definitely need more training on customer service. For example, you should never check the residence files for the exact quote, after the residence has quoted the asst. property mgr for a promise made. She was lucky - I did not pull the "What you think I am lying" line.
Overall, if you are looking for any exception to the rule to be made, you better make sure that everything is written in your file. Otherwise, don't expect them to be creative with their solutions to serve you better.
