That building would be a much better place if the people in the front office spent their time finding contractors who are properly trained, and maybe get the halfway done renovation work finished (renovation work on a three-year-old building'), rather than posting on Internet message boards.

What about the safety code violations' Stand pipes that the fire department can't use' Debris in the fire pump room' Filthy gas grills that don't work' A company that keeps its tenants in the dark about the fact that the building doesn't meet code'
