If you're trying to figure out which accounts to belief -- the Windsor/Alexan critics or apologists -- I recommend these standards.
Which posts use specific examples, and which posts criticize other posters, without relying on example'
You'll find the the ad hominen arguments come exclusively from pro-Windsor/Alexan posters.
Next, I'd compare the numerous posts about Windsor/Alexan (more than 100!) to the postings about the other big Jersey City apartment buildings. Why would there be so many postings about Windsor/Alexan if the problem here were grumpy tenants, rather than genuine issues' Do grumpy tenants *only* move in Windsor/Alexan'
You'd be best off looking at the other buildings in Jersey City, all of offer similar rents and features. But with safer apartments.
