Prior to moving to Windsor/Liberty I had viewed this site and was really apprehensive but took a chance and moved anyway. I really like the place and have NO complaints. I think some people are going to complain no matter what, the staff is always really friendly and helpful and the apartments are nice, I never hear my neighbors nor have had any trouble. It is a great location and everyone I've meet that lives there likes it as well.
