This apartment has a lot of things that most apartments do not. It is beautifully laid out and the area is very quiet and serene.
The leasing office is always so charming and helpful to all your needs.
I would recommend this apartment complex over any other in Jersey City b/c of the whole package. No other complex has all the features and nice service that the Windsor at Liberty does.
