I moved in the beginning of October. The apartment had a few things that needed fixing, but the staff took care of it quickly. The front office staff are fantastic, very friendly. I also love the neighborhood. There are a few good restaurants and the best pizza outside of John's in Times Square. I'm sure the restaurant scene will improve.

Apartment is spacious and new, appliances work well. I chose this over the Pier because I just couldn't justify paying an extra $200 for granite countertops I don't even own. Bathroom is big and the washer/dryer, computer area is a big plus.

I just found a cleaning service that is reasonable and the dry cleaners are right across the street. Only downside is no shopping in the neighborhood, but unlike the the city you can park your car safely for free and just drive there.
