I stumbled upon this website and just decided to take a glance at the ratings for Windsor. I have resided here for two years. I found the idiots on this website comical. As any complex is going to have problems, the new staff here is very attentive and genuinely care about us. I should rephrase this, they probably care a lot about those of us who don't act ignorant to them.

Since the new management took over, there haven't been any problems in the garages, etc. If you had a chance to see the difference, you are probably as amazed as I am. Maintenance and the office staff are great. The only complaint is the pool is packed in the summer, but it's a great way to meet people.

I have friends that live in the other waterfront complexes and they have some serious horror stories about management. Definitely go with your gut feeling. From my experience of dealing with the two management companies here, I've seen what a difference the people in the office can make. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS, NOT THIS WEBSITE!
