Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Somethings are cheaply done - don't try to hang drapes and forget about the carpet. And some of the staff can be aloof. But, there are lots of kids to play with & moms get together. Built in playgroup. Also clean. Close to ferry, mall, lightrail, easy into city.
