We moved into the building six months ago. The complex as a whole we found good, apartment layout is really excellent and we like living there. Location is excellent, transport is great!

We had a few issues that are worth sharing, one is noise, sound proofing between the floors is inadequate. The second is that many repairs had to be done, and we felt we had to hassle them to get them done which was frustrating, its not the maintenance people, they are good, it was the communciation with the front office. our experience with some of the front office staff (not all, some are excellent) is that they appear helpful, but didn't take responsibility/accountability to follow things through, or check information they provided was correct. When we discovered information was incorrect and spoke to them about it, it were ignored (and you don't want to be having confrontations with these people as you need them). Our advice is that before you sign, ensure things are done/followed through before hand as much as possible (I know its not always possible)
