We chose to live here because it was affordable and seemed to be in good shape, but we are glad we are not renewing our lease. The trash chutes fill up all the time, the halls stink, and the maintenace "fixes" are horrible. There is one front office person in particular who is there everyday as the point person and she is extremely pushy, rude, and incompetent. We are counting down the days until we move.
